A.R. COLLAB with
Columbia Museum of Art
This project involved designing a scavenger hunt for the Columbia Museum of Art, blending physical pathways with augmented reality to enhance user engagement. Set to debut at the CMAās Arts + Draughts event on November 8th 2024, the experience features multi-step challenges with interactive hints. Through this process, I gained firsthand experience working with a real client, collaborating in a team, and meeting project deadlines.
Ar Demonstration
When working with this new software Adobe Aero, there was a lot of confusion and newness. I helped my team create visuals for these augmented experiences and specifically created a Gif for one of our stops. I wanted our team to have fun, memorable stops not only to impress and help our client, but also to keep the people who were participating in the scavenger hunt alert and excited!

Reflection
Our team faced many challenges in creating these experiences, but the most valuable lesson was learning to communicate effectively with our client and meet their expectations. Collaborating within a 30-person class was no easy task, but seeing everything come together at the event made it all worthwhile. Watching people engage with our augmented reality experience was incredibly rewarding, and Iām grateful for the opportunity to be part of it!
