The project was to create an integrated outdoor and responsive digital campaign for the Ad Council specific to a South Carolina Blue Law. The campaign needed to incorporate a series of billboards, a mobile site, and a desktop site.
Discovering and researching “blue laws” in South Carolina was our main objective. Using imagery across three outdoor ads, desktop, and mobile designs showcase your selected law. To add to this we needed to create a design an integrated outdoor responsive digital Ad Council PSA campaign to promote awareness of the selected blue law!
My goal with this project was to create a fun and playful form of design for the billboard and technology screens. The billboards had to have harmony between the design/ illustrations to textual information. People also needed to be able to read and visually understandable while driving by. For the mobile and desktop screen, I wanted to insure I grabbed the attention of the viewer while still maintaining functionality.

Reflection
Throughout this blue laws project I began very timid, I was very nervous to use Figma because it was such a new program for me. Researching, mood boarding, creating personas, and the identity of my campaign was one of my favorite parts of this project. I really leaned into this 1960s all American family vibe and hit the ground running. I wanted to challenge myself with Figma and this project to create things that I would actually want to look at and use! Things that I would personally be captivated and drawn into. Looking at this project now I can truly say I am really proud of myself. From conquering my confusing about the animation side of Figma to stepping up my UI Design and figuring out my issues with, I thoroughly enjoy my final outcome!
